Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers for timely dispatch.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
Handle dispatch entries and documentation in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.
Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and MIS reports.
Ensure proper packing, loading, quantity verification, and documentation before dispatch.
Handle dispatch-related discrepancies and customer/transport queries
Required skills:
Positive knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
