Job Role: Assembly Technician
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform assembly of EV battery packs, battery-swapping systems, and related components.
Assemble mechanical and electrical parts according to standard operating procedures.
Follow assembly process standards and work instructions.
Handle hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
Perform basic electrical and mechanical fitting operations.
Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks during assembly.
Identify and report assembly defects, material issues, and process abnormalities.
Maintain proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Follow 5S practices and workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
