Management and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. (Data over several departments like Sales, Collection, Construction and other verticals to be analyzed)
Budget, Planning & Analysis experience. Financial Modeling and knowledge of advanced excel tools
Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to aid decision-making for projects, operations, and sales in real estate and engineering.
Develop custom reports for specific departmental needs, including project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Accounting Background (Accounting Degree)
Real estate experience and MIS experience preferred.

Process Optimization
Identify areas of improvement in business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements




Proven experience in MIS roles, preferably in real estate or engineering industries.
Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and real estate/engineering software.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems commonly used in real estate and engineering industries.
Knowledge of MS excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced excel modelling techniques. SAP and Sales Force Knowledge.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
