Key Responsibilities-

Concept to Silhouette- Research emerging trends, mood boards, color palettes, and craft stories to develop seasonal collections aligned with Earthwear’s design ph

ilosophy.

Technical Detailing & Spec Sheets- Develop technical sketches, measurement charts, and comprehensive tech packs for sampling and producti

on teams.

Textiles & embroidery Development- Work closely with craft clusters, weavers, fabric vendors and embroiderers to source, sample, and develop relevant fabrics and hand embr

oideries.





Sampling & Fit Approvals- Oversee sample development from proto to final fit stage; mark corrections meticulously, and problem-solve garment construction challenges with master pattern makers and

tailors.

Production Coordination- Act as the creative bridge between design and production execution, ensuring zero compromise on detailing, trims, finishings, and delivery t

imelines.

Visual presentation and Cataloging- Ensure proper cataloging and maintenance of database of fabrics and embroideries worked with, and support visual merchandising briefs to ensure narrative consistency across retail and digital tou

chpoints.

Qualifications Required:

Education- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a related field from an accredited design i

nstitute.

Experience Level- Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience or more. A formal degree is mandatory, but prior corporate experience is not—we value talent, raw creative vision and a robust wor

k ethic.

Aesthetic Alignment- A portfolio demonstrating a solid visual sensibility for minimalist, earthy, and contemporary artisanal

apparel.
