Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or lead conversion.
Proven experience in lead follow-up and customer conversion.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on achieving conversions.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM/lead management systems.
Experience in the aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, hair, skin, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Should be proactive, confident, and comfortable making a high volume of follow-up calls.
