Grafton Ecommerce is a growing international e-commerce business operating in the UK and UAE.
We are looking for a confident, ambitious and tech-savvy E-commerce Operations Assistant to work closely with the CEO and support various areas of the business.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys learning, taking initiative and working with new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, websites and online marketplaces
Assist with sales, marketing and customer enquiries.
Create social media content, videos and participate in live selling
Use AI tools for content creation, research and business tasks.
Support daily operations, stock management and new projects
Research opportunities, suggest ideas and help grow the business.
Skills & Requirements
Positive English communication skills
Confident, proactive, organised and reliable
Comfortable with social media and appearing on camera.
Positive computer skills and interest in technology.
Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, Excel, Shopify, AI tools or other software is an advantage
Able to work independently, solve problems and learn quickly.
Previous experience is helpful but not essential. Training can be provided.
