Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer closure.
Source and engage candidates through job portals, referrals, skilled networks, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment activity and share regular hiring updates.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and full-time roles.
Solid sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
Comfortable working onsite in Bangalore.
