HireQED.ai is a technology resource augmentation platform that supports businesses with technology solutions and project-based development. Our product, Rucja, is a healthcare technology platform with web and mobile applications for doctors and patients.

Role overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to onboard doctors, clinics and healthcare providers onto the Rucja platform. You will meet healthcare professionals in person, present the platform’s value, and build long-term relationships that turn into active users.

Key responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres to introduce and demonstrate Rucja.

Identify and generate current leads within the assigned territory.

Convert prospects into onboarded, active users through consistent follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Achieve monthly targets for visits, onboarding and sales.

Share field feedback and market insights with the product team.





Maintain daily visit reports and keep lead records updated in the CRM or tracker.

Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or SaaS.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

Confidence in engaging doctors and senior decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps and reporting tools.

Own two-wheeler preferred; travel allowance provided as per company policy.

Preferred qualifications

Existing network of doctors, clinics or hospitals.

Experience selling software, mobile applications or digital health products.

Knowledge of the local healthcare market.
