Job Description: International Procurement & Business Development Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years | Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive skilled to manage international procurement, supplier relationships, business development, and import-export operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products globally, negotiating commercial terms, developing international customers, and ensuring cost-effective and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage domestic and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules.
Generate international B2B leads and acquire current customers.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales proposals.
Coordinate import-export shipments, logistics, and trade documentation.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms and applicable trade regulations.
Analyze landed costs, pricing,



and profit margins.
Maintain supplier and customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in international procurement, import-export, or B2B sales.
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international payment terms.
Robust negotiation, communication, market research, and Excel skills.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Preferred: Experience in international markets and proficiency in foreign languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
