Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Operator to handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and office-related administrative work. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email handling, and basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry and maintain company records accurately.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Excel and MS Word.
Handle purchase orders, sales reports, invoices, quotations, and other office documentation.
Maintain digital and physical records of company documents.
Update inventory, stock details, inward and outward records.
Prepare daily production reports and other operational reports as required.
Handle email communication, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, Sales, and Production departments for data and documentation.
Ensure proper data management and confidentiality of company information.
Perform other computer-related tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Excel formulas, formatting, filters, and basic data management.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of email and internet operations.
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Should be comfortable working in a manufacturing and furniture industry setting.
Experience in interior, furniture, or manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Salary & Perks
Salary: As per candidate's experience and skills.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
Working Hours: As per company policy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
