Key Areas of Responsibilities
Sales Specialist/Domain Knowledge: Build Bottom Up and Top Down knowledge on Indian Equity Markets. Build own Sector/Stock Depth by listening to Analyst Calls/Mgmt Meetings.
Account Management: Know your client’s investment style, Portfolio holdings, PM & Analyst Teams, and do customized sales service. Main goal is to be Top 5 in Client Rankings in Broker Review.
Positioning: Be seen as a trusted advisor. As an Extended/Shared PM for your top clients
Platform Sales: Sales is the channel to deliver the firm.



India Research, Global Research, Corporate Access, Trading/Blocks.
KPIs: Client Intensity, Client Rankings, Revenue Growth & Cross Sell.
Cross Sell: Distribute ECM Deals.
Current Clients: Onboard current emerging clients, including HFs as we come up with new solutions

Requirements
Strong Market & Research Understanding
Compelling written & verbal Communication Skills
10+ year experience in Research/Sales
Strong Existing Relationships with Asia-India based clients.
Ability to engage with Quality (Research) Focused Clients – thereby own Senior Relationships
Ability to sell & cross-sell across available product lines to allocated clients
