HR Analyst

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Looking for an HR Analyst who can manage HR data, prepare reports, create dashboards, and provide insights to improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze employee, recruitment, attrition, and performance data.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Track HR metrics and identify trends.
Maintain accurate HR data and conduct data audits.
Share reports and insights with management.
Support HR projects and workforce planning.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Analytics.
Experience in HR Analytics or MIS Reporting.
Robust knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of HRIS tools is preferred.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
