Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Mainframe Testing.
Hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance applications hosted on Mainframe platforms.
Solid knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and performing database validation/testing.
Experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
