Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end air export operations and shipment coordination.
Coordinate with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including Shipping Instructions, MAWB and HAWB.
Coordinate with airlines for space booking and flight schedules.
Follow up on shipment status, cargo readiness, and dispatch.
Ensure timely documentation and shipment updates to customers.
Coordinate with CHA, transporters, and warehouse teams.
Track shipments and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with export procedures and documentation requirements.
Maintain proper shipment records and operational reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
0 to 3 years of experience in Air Export Operations.
Knowledge of air export documentation and procedures.
Understanding of MAWB, HAWB, AWB, and shipping instructions.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shipments.
