Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure OEM partnerships with high-value corporate clients.
Develop partnerships for supply of Medtech products with Chain Pharmacy Stores Pan India.
Identify and pursue new business prospects. fostering long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct detailed market analysis to understand industry trends. client needs. and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions aligning with clients' manufacturing requirements.
Lead contract negotiations. ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Achieve sales targets. revenue growth. and profitability goals consistently.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts. reports. and performance metrics to senior management.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients. ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Sales. Marketing. or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of at least 10 years in enterprise sales. with a solid focus on high-value corporate clients and OEM partnerships.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and OEM requirements is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation. communication. and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced. target-oriented setting. Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
