Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 34 sales specialists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive business growth.
Develop current customers, dealers, distributors, contractors and project accounts.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Monitor leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.
Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and support timely collections.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
Train, guide and motivate the sales team and monitor individual performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
Take ownership of the overall sales performance of the assigned team and territory.

Should be experienced from companies like Ultratech, Pidilite Roff, MYK Laticrete , Weber and other competitors in industry.
