About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our Sales team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding property owners, promoting NoBroker's products and services, and driving premium subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and onboard property owners (sellers) onto the NoBroker platform.
Generate business through outbound calls and follow up with assigned leads.
Explain NoBroker's products, subscription plans, and value proposition.
Verify property details and ensure accurate listing information.
Convert leads into premium subscribers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners.




Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain CRM records.
Resolve customer queries and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
