Role & responsibilities: CIEL HR is hiring an experienced Team Lead Non-IT Recruitment to manage and lead recruitment. The candidate should have robust experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, and team handling.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment processes.
Lead, manage, and guide a team of recruiters.
Handle bulk hiring requirements for various Non-IT clients.
Manage recruitment for sectors such as Sales & Services and Logistics.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
Monitor team performance, recruitment targets, and hiring timelines.
Ensure effective sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

Mandatory Requirements:




3–4 years of overall experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Mandatory team handling experience.
Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
Experience working with Non-IT clients, especially Sales & Services and Logistics.
Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu are mandatory.
Immediate to 15 days' joiners preferred.
