Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AI-powered autonomous agents.
Configure agents, topics, instructions, actions, and workflows.
Work with Einstein AI, Generative AI, and Prompt Builder.
Develop Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrate AI agents with Salesforce data and external systems using APIs.
Build AI-driven automation and improve business processes.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent responses and performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
