Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer (SoundHound) to support the design, development, and optimization of guest-facing conversational AI experiences for a casino customer upgrading from SoundHound V6 to V7 (Amelia 7.0). This individual will serve as a technical subject matter expert for SoundHound's next-generation platform, helping build and maintain agentic conversation flows, integrations, and automation capabilities that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency across the resort. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing SoundHounds Amelia 7.0 solutions, developing agentic workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate customer experience goals into scalable AI-driven interactions.

Required Qualifications
Direct hands-on experience with SoundHound V7 (Amelia 7.0)
V7 agentic prompt engineering experience
Experience building agentic conversational flows and workflow automation
Solid understanding of conversational AI,



NLP, and chatbot architecture
Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise applications and APIs
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production AI settings
Hospitality, casino, hotel, or guest-services industry experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions within Amelia 7.0.
Build and enhance agentic workflows, dialogue paths, and automated guest experiences.
Support migration and optimization efforts from SoundHound V6 to V7 (Amelia 7.0).
Integrate capabilities with resort applications, guest services platforms, and operational systems.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.
Document configurations, workflows, and best practices.
