Develop project schedules, baseline plans, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement catch-up plans.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project plans and progress reports.
Coordinate with project teams for resource planning and deployment.
Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain delay trackers.
Monitor critical procurement and ensure timely material delivery.
Coordinate with consultants for design and GFC drawings.
Conduct project review meetings and drive digital project management initiatives.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in MS Project, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of project planning and control systems.
Experience in high-rise residential projects (G+30 floors preferred).
