We are looking for a skilled Bench Sales Skilled with 2 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in W2 recruitment and excellent communication skills. This position is based at our Hyderabad location.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment plans.




Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in bench sales recruitment with a focus on W2 employment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.
