Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, build and support of secure, scalable and high-performing applications.
Hands-on in infrastructure engineering activities, including IAC, automation, design governance and troubleshooting.
Define and implement standards, patterns and development best practices.
Drive adoption of contemporary CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security controls and release automation.
Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Solution Architect, Security, Platform and QA teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, risk, governance and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership across various technologies like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Shell script, Datadog, python, API, docker, containers, ECR, EKS and GitLab.
Mentor and coach team on career development through feedback, technical assistance performance management and development planning.




Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team growth initiatives.
Champion DevSecOps practices, observability, reliability engineering and operational excellence across the mobile landscape.
Promote knowledge sharing through code reviews, technical discussions, pairing sessions, and documentation.
Balance technical excellence with delivery commitments and business outcomes.

Software Engineering
Experience working within large-scale, complex, or long-lived mobile codebases.
Solid understanding of software architecture, maintainability, and modern engineering practices.
Solid advocate of clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Experience balancing technical quality, operational stability, performance, and delivery objectives.
