Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end civil project execution from design coordination through construction and handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, cost control, stakeholder management, and compliance.

Key Accountabilities

Design Management
Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs.
Review designs and facilitate value engineering initiatives.

Procurement Management
Provide technical inputs for budgeting, tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor/vendor selection.
Support contract finalization and procurement planning.

Construction Management
Manage execution of civil and building projects as per approved designs and project requirements.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Ensure effective contract administration and resource utilization.
Implement appropriate construction methodologies and best practices.

Project Handover & Closure
Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to the operations team with all required documentation.
Support stabilization activities post-handover.
Coordinate closure of project contracts and final documentation.





Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, HSE, quality, and ISO requirements.
Support implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Provide project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.

Project Planning & Improvement
Support CAPEX planning and project budgeting.
Drive project implementation in line with the master development plan and business objectives.
Identify prospects for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Construction Management qualification preferred

Experience
12+ years of relevant experience in project execution and management
Solid exposure to large-scale building, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects
Working knowledge of project management tools, MS Project, BIM, and construction management practices.
