Assessment & Reporting:
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and hands-on assessments.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and progress reports.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all practical sessions.
Promote compliance and skilled conduct among trainees.
Mentorship & Guidance:
Provide career guidance and mentorship to support skill development and job readiness.
