Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dispatch team to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Develop and implement effective dispatch strategies to meet customer demands and improve service quality.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in dispatch operations.
Train and mentor recent team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in dispatch operations or a related field,



with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Robust knowledge of dispatch software and systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards and goals.
