Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant to manage product costing, cost analysis, inventory valuation, budgeting and cost control. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing costs, analysing cost variances and identifying prospects for cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare product-wise, process-wise and unit-wise cost sheets.
Analyse actual costs against standard costs and budgets.
*Monitor raw material consumption, production wastage and manufacturing overheads.
*Perform cost variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
Manage inventory valuation (RM, WIP and FG) and stock reconciliation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monthly MIS reporting.
Maintain costing records, BOMs and cost-related ERP data.
*Support internal, statutory and cost audits.
*Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores and Finance teams.
*Provide cost and profitability analysis to Management.
