Role & responsibilities
Lead and oversee Accounts Payable and accounting operations
Supervise Fixed Assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation and reconciliation
Ensure timely monthly and annual book closure
Handle SAP HANA for accounting and financial processes
Review GL, provisions, reconciliations and accounting entries
Prepare and review MIS, management reports and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian accounting policies, internal controls and statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
Manage and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
Drive process improvements and ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial activities
Work closely with the Head Finance & Accounts on reporting and financial matters

Preferred candidate profile





Candidates must currently be working with an INDIAN ENTITY and should have solid experience in accounting as per INDIAN ACCOUNTING STANDARDS.

Candidates working exclusively with GLOBAL / INTERNATIONAL ENTITIES and having experience primarily with global accounting standards will NOT be considered for this position.

B.Com + CA / M.Com + CA - Mandatory

10+ years of relevant experience* in Finance & Accounts

Entire Fixed Assets Management - Mandatory

SAP HANA

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Financial Reporting & MIS

Fully Experience in Accounts Payable - Mandatory

Team Management - Mandatory

Indian Accounting Standards - Mandatory
