Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, wiring and testing of electrical components and products as per drawings and work instructions.
Support production and testing activities, and record test results and observations accurately.
Follow the standard operating procedures, quality standards and safety practices of the plant.
Help in the inspection and quality checks of incoming materials, in-process work and finished goods.
Maintain production, testing and inspection records and documentation.
Support the team in troubleshooting basic electrical issues and in rework or corrective actions.
Take part in 5S, housekeeping and continuous improvement activities.
Report any deviations, defects or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the reporting manager or department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (fresher or up to 1 year of experience).
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, control panels and electrical measuring instruments.
Ability to read and understand easy electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Willingness to learn, work on the shop floor and take up shift duties if required.
Valuable communication, discipline and a team-oriented attitude.
Preference for candidates who are based in or willing to relocate to Manesar.
