JOB PURPOSE:

To Execute Finished Goods stores Documentation, dispatch of Finished Goods, compliance internal & external audits, Physical Stock Verification and reconciliation, Segregation and Storage of FG, Ensure housekeeping and effective & productive inventory control to meet organizations requirements. Implementation of SOPs/GMPs in FG stores, cater to the training needs of subordinates.

Non Moving and Slow moving Products identification

Ensure Housekeeping and cleanliness of area
KNOWLEDGE / EXEPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

KNOWLEDGE: BA/BCom or any other relevant graduate degree

EXEPERIENCE: 7 to 10 Years working experience

SKILLS:

Sound / Positive knowledge of Dispatch of FG

Timely and accuracy in dispatch

Inventory Control and Documentation

Planning and Prioritizing Dispatch activity

Segregation and storage of FG
PRIMARY RESPOSIBILITIES:
To understand company’s material management, inventory control management systems and procedures at site.




To maintain Finished Goods stores as per defined conditions and presentable manner.
To follow stores control procedures, SOPs, GMPs.
To execute Dispatches of Domestic and Export Finished Products
To maintain updated SOPs and procedure documents for efficient handling of stores.
To liaise with Government Agencies and HO
To provide and assist documentary evidence in case of litigations
To train sub ordinates on secure material handling, storage and shifting to prevent damage/leakage/spillage of material, safety of Company’s property and personnel.
To prepare and maintain Finished Goods stores and documentation for internal & external audits and comply with existing SOPs & GMPs.
To support annual stock verification exercise, prepare and submit stock verification reports.
Maintain housekeeping log book.
Any other activity assigned time to time by HOD
Any observation regarding Discrepancy during activity , the same will be escalated to HOD
