Position: International Voice, Chat, Semi Voice, & Upselling process UK Shift.

Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally in an international voice process.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Candidates with international voice/customer support experience are preferred.
Freshers with robust English communication skills may also apply.




Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts.
BE,B.Tech and PG Fresher graduates are not eligible for this job role
Minimum of 1 year customer support experience is needed for BE and BTECH graduates to be eligible
