We are building a business that runs on processes and well documented systems, and we're hiring a fresher engineer as our Systems Champion to lead this work.

About the role

You will work with every department, including leadership, operations, and support, to capture how work is done, turn it into clear, step-by-step SOPs that anyone on the team can follow, and automate repetitive tasks where it makes sense. You don't need to be an expert in every process. Your job is to ask the right questions, observe carefully, and document it well. This role gives you a view of the whole business from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Identify priority processes with leadership and department heads
Capture processes through interviews, screen recordings, and observation, and write them as explicit SOPs
Keep all SOPs accurate, consistent, and up to date as workflows change
Organise systems in our systems software and link them to tasks in our project management tool
Train new joiners on company systems and ways of working
Plan and track documentation projects to completion
Identify repetitive tasks and build simple automations

Who should apply
B.E.



/ B.Tech in any discipline (2025 / 2026 pass-outs)
Robust written and spoken English
High attention to detail and a logical, process-oriented mindset
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn recent software
Comfortable using AI tools to write simple scripts and automations (vibe coding)
Confident speaking with people at all levels
Organised, self-driven, and open to feedback

Good to have: internship or project experience in documentation, SOPs, ISO/quality systems, or process improvement; familiarity with Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
