Seeking an experienced, energetic,& strategic Unit Head -HR to lead the HR functions for the unit.The ideal candidate will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from TA and PMS to employee relations,statutory compliance & daily admin operations.

Required Candidate profile

Solid knowledge of healthcare industry labor laws, statutory compliance hospital accreditations(NABH) .
Excellent interpersonal,conflict-resolution,and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software
