Role Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and structured Accountant to manage
our day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, taxation compliance, and
monetary records. The candidate will ensure impeccable compliance with standard
financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean day-to-day bookkeeping records, processing
receipts, purchase vouchers, and bank ledger updates.
Prepare and streamline comprehensive data models for statutory
compliance, including GST filing and TDS computations.
Reconcile monthly bank account statements, customer account
balances, and vendor payment accounts systematically.
Manage employee payroll operations, travel expense
disbursements, and petty cash logs accurately.
Coordinate with financial auditors and tax consultants to
facilitate final tax closures and balance sheet analysis.

Required Technical Qualified
Skills:
Accounting Software: Expert level




speed and logic in handling Tally Prime or up-to-date automated accounting
suites. Zoho is plus.
Taxation Compliance: Thorough
hands-on experience in GST documentation, and filing schedules.
Financial Tools: High proficiency
in MS Excel (using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data-driven
reporting.
Documentation: Excellent structure
in voucher preparation, commercial invoicing layouts, and general ledger
auditing.

Valuable-to-Have:

Prior experience working as an internal
accountant in an IT services, startup, or software development firm.
