Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Instrumentation
Experience: 20+ years Relevant experience in instrumentation products
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Engineering
Salary Budget: 10–15 LPA
working Days - 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:
Develop recent business opportunities and expand the customer base for instrumentation products.
Identify and engage potential customers across relevant industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.




Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales of instrumentation products.
Robust understanding of industrial instrumentation and related applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to develop current accounts and manage key customers independently.
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and business development.
Compensation: 10–15 lakh per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
