Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 4+years of experience in IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Hosting, or Datacenter sales. The candidate will drive revenue growth by acquiring current clients and expanding existing accounts across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hybrid Cloud services. The role involves managing end-to-end sales activities, building client relationships, and developing business strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business prospects and generate leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Drive hunting and farming strategies for business growth.
Promote AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid Cloud, and Managed Services.
Coordinate with technical, marketing, and alliance teams.




Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, and reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Lead sales initiatives and achieve business targets.

Must-Have Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in IT Services, Cloud, Hosting, or Datacenter sales.
Good understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Hybrid Cloud.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sales cycle management and deal closure.
Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and account management.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Sales team management experience is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
