with hands-on training in Web Development, Full Stack Development, Front-end, Back-end,

Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
Share a brief overview of TechPaathshala’s courses and offerings.
Schedule appointments for detailed counselling sessions.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback using CRM tools.
Interact with students through calls, messages, and walk-ins to understand their interests and career goals.
Explain course details, fees, placement support, and learning outcomes clearly.
Counsel students to help them choose the right program.
Follow up with potential students and close admissions.
Maintain student data and daily updates in CRM or Excel.




Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the HR and Placement teams for student updates.

Required Skills :
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Confidence in speaking with students and parents.
Basic understanding of the IT training or education industry (preferred).
Good convincing and follow-up ability.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

Requirement
6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, or a similar role (preferably in the EdTech industry).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
Familiarity with Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Robust interpersonal and listening skills with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.

Experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales is an added advantage.

Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome.
