Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Travel Sales Agents with knowledge of international flight bookings, specifically for the US to India and Canada to India routes. Candidates must have hands-on experience w
Provide competitive airfares, flight options, and suitable travel itineraries.
Use Amadeus GDS for flight searches, fare quotations, PNR creation, ticket issuance, and reissuance.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
Handle customer queries related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.




Follow up with potential customers to maximize booking conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in international flight booking and travel sales.
Hands-on knowledge of Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
Experience handling US to India and Canada to India flight bookings is preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Must be comfortable working the night shift.
