About the Role

Regal Jewellers is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Trainees to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a career in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in understanding jewellery products and collections.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Learn product knowledge including materials, designs, and pricing.
Support senior sales staff in achieving store sales targets.
Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Participate in training sessions to develop sales and product knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria





Educational Qualification
Completed any Bachelor's degree .
Interest in sales, retail, or customer engagement .

Skills & Personality
Solid communication and interpersonal skills .
