Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Sales Associate will greet and engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles, products, and services.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, preparing quotations, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Sales Associate will follow up with leads, maintain relationships with existing customers, and support promotional activities and showroom events. Collaboration with the service, finance, and accessories teams is expected to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and basic understanding of retail sales processes.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage.

a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

A valid driver's license and willingness to conduct test drives with customers are required.
