Blueneba Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Solar Sales Lead for Gurgaon / Delhi NCR .
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented skilled who can lead solar sales, generate current business, manage customer relationships, and drive rooftop solar projects in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate and convert leads for rooftop solar projects
Handle customer meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Build relationships with RWAs, builders, commercial clients, and channel partners
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project closure
Track market opportunities and competitor activities in Gurgaon / NCR
Experience in solar sales,
B2C/B2B sales, or related field
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Good local market understanding of Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
Ability to lead a small team and achieve targets
Two-wheeler / four-wheeler preferred
