Key Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting monthly EMI payments from customers within the assigned territory.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits for pending and overdue payments.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues and minimize payment defaults.
Visit customers at their registered addresses to resolve payment-related issues.
Handle assigned collection buckets and achieve monthly collection targets.
Maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring effective recovery.
Identify high-risk and potential defaulter accounts and take appropriate follow-up action.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Collection Manager regarding recovery updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments and collection status.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly collection reports to the reporting manager.
Follow company policies and maintain qualified and ethical collection practices.
