A. Sales & Business Development

· Source customers for Current Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.

· Build and maintain robust relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.

· Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.

· Conduct field visits to identify current business opportunities.

B. Customer Handling

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.

· Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.

· Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.

C. Documentation & Verification

· Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.

· Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.

D. Loan Processing

· Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.

· Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.

· Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.

E. Post-Disbursement Support

· Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.

· Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries
