Key Responsibilities
Database & ETL Testing :
Validate ETL processes, data pipelines, and transformations across Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.
Write and execute PL/SQL queries to verify data integrity, consistency, and performance.
Scripting & Automation :
Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate test execution and reporting.
Implement test automation frameworks for regression and functional testing.
Quality Assurance :
Design, document, and execute test cases for DB/ETL workflows.
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct performance and scalability testing for large datasets.
Collaboration & Documentation :
Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test results, and defect logs.




Participate in defect triage meetings and provide insights for process improvements.

Qualifications
Experience : 8+ years in QA/testing with a focus on DB/ETL systems.
Technical Skills :
Robust expertise in PL/SQL for data validation and query writing.
Proficiency in shell scripting for automation.
Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Solid understanding of ETL workflows and data warehouse concepts.
Other Skills :
Familiarity with defect management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per month
