About the Role
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Application Development
Own the complete software development lifecycle from backend architecture to frontend delivery.
Backend Engineering Excellence
Frontend Development & UI Engineering
Develop contemporary, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
Modern frontend frameworks
System Architecture & Technical Strategy
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development frameworks.
Lead technical design discussions and implement scalable software solutions.
Leadership & Mentorship
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers to build a strong technical culture.
Drive Agile methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
14+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
Robust expertise in backend technologies: Java / Python /.NET
Proficiency in frontend technologies and frameworks.
Experience with scalable microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, system integration, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
