Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil maintenance activities within the industrial premises.
Handle repairs related to flooring, masonry, painting, plastering, roofing, and drainage.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
Allocate manpower and monitor daily work progress.
Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping at work locations.
Prepare daily reports and ensure timely closure of maintenance complaints.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in industrial civil maintenance.
