About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our business in the IT and technology sector. You will generate leads, build relationships with corporate clients, understand their IT needs, and work with technical teams to propose and close the right hardware and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and technology sector.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other channels.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions.
5. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
6. Follow up regularly with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
7. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for IT products and solutions.
8. Negotiate with clients and support the sales team in closing deals.
9. Maintain accurate records of leads,



client interactions and sales activities.
10. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales or IT sales.
3. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Positive lead generation and client-handling skills.
5. Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
6. Basic understanding of IT hardware, IT infrastructure, networking or system integration is an advantage.
7. Ability to build long-term client relationships and spot new business opportunities.
