Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Factory Planning Support Consultant with direct, hands-on experience in Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP) to support an existing, live implementation for our client.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of factory planning processes, production planning, scheduling, system troubleshooting, and configuration support within the Blue Yonder Factory Planning application.

Important: Candidates must have actual project implementation or production support experience in Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP). Experience with Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) alone will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing functional and technical support for the existing Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP) system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production planning, factory scheduling, and system-related issues.
- Support configuration changes, system enhancements, and application improvements.
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Investigate planning errors, scheduling discrepancies, and application performance issues.
- Assist with testing and validating configuration changes and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal technical and functional teams to resolve complex application issues.
- Maintain documentation of system issues, resolutions, and configuration updates.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Factory Planning application.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Mandatory hands-on project experience with Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP).
- Experience supporting or implementing Blue Yonder Factory Planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of factory planning, production planning, and scheduling processes.
- Experience troubleshooting issues within a live Factory Planning environment.
- Ability to understand and support system configuration changes and enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote business and technical teams.

Significant Candidate Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must have worked directly on at least one Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP) project.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, or production support of Blue Yonder FP is required.
- Candidates with experience only in Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) or other Blue Yonder modules, without Factory Planning experience, are not eligible for this requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

- Annual Salary: ₹30–35 LPA
