Role Objective
Manage relationships with clients and external stakeholders while ensuring smooth communication, coordination, satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and regular communication.
- Understand client expectations and business requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and discussions.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure timely delivery and project updates.
- Handle client feedback and escalations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and account health.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and growth.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, vendors and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
