JD FOR CUSTOMER RELATIOSHIP EXECUTIVE

A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with customers, providing product or service information, and supporting customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or face-toface meetings.
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Understand customer needs and provide suitable products or services.
4. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
6. Maintain customer records, update databases, and prepare reports.
7. Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer concerns. 8. Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
9. Achieve customer satisfaction, retention,



and other assigned targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
4. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
5. Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
6. Positive organizational and time-management skills.
7. Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage; freshers may also apply, depending on company requirements.
8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
9. Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
10. Customer retention and repeat business.
11. Number of customer queries resolved.
12. Response and resolution time.
13. Sales or customer engagement targets, where applicable.

Language: Malyalam must, Hindi, English Location: Indore(M.P.)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
